1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Europe only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of Europe at this time.
2. What are the shipping options?
We offer the following delivery methods:
✅ Standard Shipping (Europe-wide) – Delivery times vary by country, typically between 3-7 business days.
✅ Local Pickup (in our bakery in the Deux-Sèvres, France) – You can collect your order directly from our store at no additional cost. Simply select the pickup option at checkout.
✅ Courier Delivery (Deux-Sèvres & Vienne only) – For faster and more flexible delivery, we offer courier services in these regions.
3. How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. For custom cakes and special requests, processing times may be longer.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on location and order weight. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

1. Can I return my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, they are processed and cannot be changed.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking details provided. If there are further issues, contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for issues such as:
